- Clients visiting Mind Body Institute must complete & sign the disclaimer form prior to commencing their session

- Respect other clients by arriving to your appointment at the allocated time, late arrival = shorter appointment time for you

- All vouchers are strictly non-refundable

- Mind Body Institute requires payment, as quoted, on conclusion of the treatment session

- Mind Body Institute operates on a 24hour cancellation policy, please adhere to ensure that others can be healed in your place

* Promotional Vouchers: 

Please adhere to the above cancellation policy for all vouchers.  Promotional vouchers such as 1 day online offers are entitled to one appointment change only, more than one change will result in cancellation of the voucher

- Expired vouchers will not be honoured - no exceptions sorry

- All vouchers must book appointments at a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, bearing in mind that the last 4 weeks prior to expiry of vouchers are our busiest times

- Please arrive fresh & clean to your appointment - Mind Body Institute reserves the right to refuse business - or send you to the shower which will cut into your massage time

- Please read your online voucher carefully - appointments are subject to availability.  Saturdays and late nights generally book out within the first 3 weeks after the voucher has gone online
