We are so excited to announce the first Aroha Healing Retreat for 2012. Reiki is a method of hands on healing. It is a system of healing that transforms and heals the body & mind. This retreat covers all aspects of Reiki;
• History
• Precepts
• Hands on work for self healing and learning the beginnings of healing all living things; loved ones, friends, animals & plants
• Group healing teachings are an integral component of this degree.
• Meditation
You will leave this retreat with a renewed lease on life, new friends and Reiki 1 degree certification. Regular monthly healing nights and support will be offered free of charge post workshop.
We are currently taking bookings for our Reiki retreat, spaces are strictly limited. This workshop will be held at Aio Wira, a beautiful nature setting retreat at Bethels Beach. Delicious vegetarian cuisine and accommodation is included in the workshop cost.

Reiki is a method of hands on healing. It is a system of healing that transforms and heals the body & mind. The Reiki practitioner transfers energy via the hands to the recipient. A Reiki practitioner harnesses this vital energy via a series of attunements or initiations which, in effect, switch on the ability to transfer Reiki energy to one self and others.
This retreat covers all aspects of Reiki;
- History & origins of Reiki
- Reiki Precepts
- Hands on work for self healing / hand positions
- Learning the beginnings of healing all living things; loved ones, clients, friends, animals & plants
- Group healing practice is an integral component of this workshop
- Meditation & movement
This workshop is open to anyone interested in learning more about a unique form of energetic healing. You will leave this retreat with a renewed lease on life, new like minded friends and a Reiki 1 degree certificate.
Post workshop monthly Reiki healing groups will be available for all attendees.

Aroha Healing Massage Retreat
November 4th – 6th 2011
Learn the energising, healing and therapeutic art of Aroha healing through this self development massage program. You will leave this course with a deeper understanding of yourself, how to connect on a much deeper level with partners, clients & others, enhanced with learning new massage techniques and intentions.
- Enter a more conscious awareness of your energy centres
- Work through blockages (including sexual) that prevent you reaching states of bliss
- Learn about your chakra system via chakra counselling
- How to move energy from your lower centres to your higher centres
- Rhythmical massage techniques, with a focus on breath & movement, using simple yet highly effective techniques
- You will also learn how to effectively move energy upward through the chakras, all this while learning how to give & receive massage.
Tuamata Tahitua is the first of many levels of self development, healing of the emotional, physical & spiritual being.
Aroha Healing is a fusion of the facilitators work; Miri miri, Hawaiian Ka huna, movement of energy, dance, breath work & chakra balancing, reiki & kundalini massage techniques.
This workshop will be held at Aio Wira, a beautiful nature setting at Bethels Beach. Delicious vegetarian meals and accommodation is included in the workshop cost.
