This session is all about deep connection, Aroha energy healing and balancing with Aroha healing massage techniques of Miri miri, Hawaiian Ka huna, energy healing, Kundalini, Kani Kani & Aroha.
Aroha healing session 3 enables not only the ability to control the energies of our physical body, but also to find the way to live our life experiences from our hearts. We remove the logical thinking, over analytical mind for a time to reveal the honourable, strong spiritual self.

Level 3 Taumata tuatoru will awaken your sensuality and all of your senses with a series of beautiful stretches, mudras, meditation and providing education of sensual kani kani (dance) movement. You will also learn that deep connection with your sensual being can be powerfully fulfilling & enriching as well as deeply healing.
As with the previous 2 Aroha healing sessions, meditation plays a key role with this session.
